At Beauchamp we understand the value of an equal partnership between teachers and parents/carers on the emotional and academic wellbeing of students.
We want our parents/carers to have a voice on the issues that matter. Our aim is to enable parents/carers to access additional information so that you can exercise effective choice in your child’s education.
This year we are continuing a programme of informal sessions for parents/carers at Beauchamp. There are two types of sessions available each week and you are welcome to choose the one that best suits you. There is absolutely no obligation to attend every session.
Regularly on Tuesdays from 6:30pm in the Refectory there will be a parent forum where a member of the Beauchamp leadership team will lead a discussion on key topics that were suggested to us by parents/carers last term. These sessions will be informal and there will be lots of opportunities to ask questions. Tea and coffee will be provided.

Every first Wednesday of each month from 9 am – 9.45 am in the Refectory there will be an opportunity to get together with other parents and carers and find out about what learning goes on at Beauchamp as well as share thoughts and ideas. We'd especially like to see new parents to the college and answer any questions they might have. Refreshments will be provided and we hope to see many of you there.

Our payment processor, SagePay, has an option to do this (so sage store the details not us) and that is something we will look at doing shortly along with topping up print credits too.
VLE is relevant to all students and all students can log into the VLE.
The rationale behind the social and emotional support sheet is that it encourages students to be reflective and resilient, as they consider what they are needing in terms of support.
Beauchamp College commits to labelling food prepared in college or decanted package food with clear allergy information. Pre-packed branded food will have its own label which should display the allergy information. Student’s should always ask a staff member if unsure.
This is a student led journal - students of all years are invited to submit their work for consideration - essays, short stories, poems, art etc. - the editors (six sixth formers) then select work to be published.
Students who have their work included in the journal will get a copy sent home.
