Students enjoy West End Reward Trip

The day began with a scenic stroll through sunny London, soaking up the buzz of Trafalgar Square before tucking into a delicious lunch at Pizza Express—complete with pizza, cake, ice cream and fizzy drinks!

Next stop: the iconic Cambridge Theatre, one of six owned by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, where all profits go straight back into the performing arts. For many students, this was their first time seeing a live musical—especially one of this scale - and Matilda did not disappoint. With a dazzling set, a brilliant cast, and a heartwarming story, the performance was nothing short of magical.

After the final curtain call, it was time to head home, tired but thrilled. Students were a credit to the college throughout the day, and both staff and pupils agreed—it was an unforgettable experience.
