Our philosophy

At the heart of our approach to education are the '4Rs' which underpin everything we believe: Resilience, Reciprocity, Reflectiveness and Resourcefulness. Through promoting these core values we believe we can help equip our young people to, not only succeed academically, but also socially, spiritually, morally and culturally.

How to Apply

“Coming to Beauchamp has given me the chance to try lots of new things and that’s what I would say to new Year 7’s; try something new, don’t be shy because you’ll get help, and enjoy what you do.”

“I was nervous at first but soon I met lots of new people who I became friends with. Lessons like drama also made me more confident, they’re fun and teachers are very understanding of what we can do.”

During their time at Beauchamp we encourage all of our learners to consider their next steps, develop big ambitions and to understand how to achieve their goals.
